SV Easy Tour Sdn Bhd, the company in Malaysia ( REG NO: 1177785-P ), Tourism License ( KPK/LN : 8344 ) Its registered address is: C-02-3A, Street Mall One South, Jalan OS Taman Serdang Perdana, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
Driver’s License & Age
The drivers and renter must be between 23 and 65 years of age and must possess a valid driving license in Malaysia or valid international driving license with at least two years driving experience. Malaysian “P” license is not accepted.
Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia. Daily rental rates cover a full 24 hours with unlimited mileage. Excess hour is calculated at 1/2 of the daily rental rates. Rental rates are subject to 6% goods & service tax (GST).
Minimum Rental Period
A minimum rental period of 1 day is applicable.
Rates include unlimited liability insurance coverage of third party bodily injuries and passenger risk.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Renters are fully responsible for the excess in the event of causing damage to the rental vehicle. By purchasing CDW, renter’s liability for the excess maybe waived to amount stated in (Non-Waiver-Damage Excess). However if the cause of accident or car damage is found to be due to negligence of the renter and/or any claims cannot be made against 3rd party, then the CDW coverage will be considered null and void. Thus, the renter will have to pay for all damages incurred up to amount stated in (Excess).
Acceptance of the CDW does not waive the Non-Waiver-Damage Excess.
CDW coverage will only be effective with the availability of a police report within 24 hours pertaining to the damages caused to the rental vehicles by accident and the accident is notified to SV Easy Tour Sdn Bhd Car Company in the first place when the accident happen.
Missing items or accessories and deep scratches or dents are not covered by vehicle insurance and CDW.
We accept all major credit cards. Visa / Master Card / Amex.
The vehicle is to be delivered with a full tank of fuel and returned by renter with a full tank of fuel. A refuelling surcharge of RM50.00 will be levied for the vehicle returned with less fuel than when originally rented out, over and above the cost of refuelling.
Parking Fee & Traffic Fine
The renter is liable for all parking fees and traffic summonses incurred for the duration of the rental. An additional RM20.00 per summon administration fee (exclusive of 6% goods & services tax) will be charged to the renter over and above any fine and penalty cost for any violation arising from renter’s use of the vehicle. SV retains the right to charge against the renter’s credit card, if and when any payment for traffic offences committed during rental is received, after the termination of rental.
Extension of Rental
Should the renter wishes to extend the rental beyond the original termination date, the renter must immediately notify SV Easy Tour Sdn Bhd and pay the required advance / rental charges. Failure to do so may result in the renter driving the vehicle without insurance. Any additional hour would be charged as 1 day full rental if the car returned beyond the 3 hours grace period.
Delivery & Collection Service
Vehicle should be picked up and returned to SV Easy Tour Sdn Bhd’s office. Delivery to specific location will only be made on request and subject to availability and charges. Delivery and collection charges within office hour vary with distance and timing. Rates will be provided at the time of enquiry or confirmation of booking.
Upon return, the car has to be in the same condition as when it was rented. Failing which, the renter will be liable for the cost of restoring the vehicle to its original condition. Please check the vehicle condition with SV’s representative and ensure the dents / scratches are noted in the vehicle check list to avoid dispute.
A surcharge would be levied for check out and collection of vehicles after business hours, inclusive Sundays and Public Holidays. Such service is on request basis. Surcharge for late arrival or after business hours pick up is RM100.00 (exclusive of 6% goods & services tax) per vehicle.
One Way Rental Fees / Delivery & Collection Service in KL City Centre & Out of Office Hours
SV Easy Tour Sdn Bhd will charge one way rental fees for out of state from MYR 200 to MYR 480 depending on the final destination the renter will like to drop off the car. Example of One Way Rental Fees; Rent from Kuala Lumpur and drop off in Penang, Johor, Melaka and vice versa. Renter is advised to refer the one way rental fees with SV Easy Tour Sdn Bhd during the booking process.
SV Easy Tour Sdn Bhd will charge a minimum of MYR30 or above per way for delivering the rental vehicle to a specific address specified by the renter in the booking form for booking made within the same state.
A sum of MYR50 will be charged for picking up and returning the rental vehicle during out of office hour as will be shown in the online booking summary form.
GPS maps can be arranged at MYR12 per day. Subject to 6% GST.
Baby seat can be arranged at MYR9 per day. Subject to 6% GST.
Any cost of repair during rental period will only be refunded with the presentation of supplier’s original receipt and damage parts. Any repair exceeding MYR 100 must get prior approval from the car hire company.
In case of any breakdown, kindly call SV Easy Tour Sdn Bhd service assistant to assist the renter in case of emergency need.
Restriction Area & Road
All SV Easy Tour Sdn Bhd car vehicles are not allowed to be driven in Singapore and Thailand. All rental vehicles not for use on off-roads, unsealed or unmade roads or surfaces.
Collecting Rental Car
A valid credit card in the name of renter must be presented to the duty officer while collecting the rental vehicle for charging. Please make sure there is a sufficient fund in the Credit Card. Failure to do so, SV Easy Tour Sdn Bhd will not release the rental vehicle to the hirer and no refund will be accepted.
A valid driving license, travel documents and passport shall be presented to the duty officer. A copy is needed for office use.
There will be a waiting charge for any rental vehicle that is not collected after the 2nd hour from the original collection time.
If we are not informed about the delay or late, we will consider as No Show after waiting for 2 hours from the original collection time.
No refund will be given if No Show for car pick up.
Cancellation can only be made 7 days prior collection of vehicle via written notification through e-mail (email@example.com).
